This road hotel offers lots of comfy rooms. It has great staff and absolutely breathtaking views. The setting is particularly good and peaceful, right by the highway exit right after the building, and restaurants. All in all they offer nice service. The best place to stay when in Morristown.

There wasn't much to like. Room was in need of a lot of updates and repair. The fire detector was torn off the wall, water stains on the ceiling, and bathtub was stained. We requested and our reservations stated the we would have a king size bed. We were given a room with two regular size beds ( not even queen size). Due to construction it was very difficult to get to because the directions were not clear as to where to turn. We thought that it being rated a 3 star that it would be a blessing in disguise. We were wrong. Breakfast bar lacked quality. Only had coffee, bagels, and pancakes ( never found the pancake mix nor a person to talk to about where it might be). Orange juice was watered down to the point you could not taste the flavor.

Coffee was very good.

It was cloae for us to get to. The king size bed and the A/C unit were really good.

Too much riffraff staying at the hotel. The morning time font desk clerk got upset because I left the breakfast area with 2 styrofoam cups (I was taking one to my wife in our room) and stopped and asked me why I needed 2 cups instead of one. He disn't believe me when I told him it was 2 of us in the room.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and wonderful with a chair instead of sofa. the staff are great and deserve a 3-star rating.

Lot of construction in the area so noise level and traffic were problems, but staff was wonderful. Make your own waffle breakfast bar was great. Room had hot water, wifi, refrigerator, microwave and TV. I just needed a place to stay for the night and this was perfect for me.

There was not adequate lighting. We took showers in the dark! The plumbing was horrible.. Would take almost 45 min for the toliet to fill up. If you used it before the 45 minutes then you had a leak. We thought someone had cleaned the bathroom up before we arrived, but the longer we stayed,we realized that it was the toliet leaking. The rooms smelled bad. Wasn't very clean. our continental breakfast consisted of a jug of sunny D on a table. There isn't any real dining around the area unless you want a mom n pop diner that allows smoking in their facility.. granted we only paid 47.00 for the room, but I've stayed at cheaper places than that that was much better! I WILL NOT stay there ever again
